I am Dr. Yraida Faneite: businesswoman, educator, and proud founder of Tea House Cafe. I hold a Ph.D. in Business with a focus on leadership, along with several college certificates in business, and have always been passionate about creating spaces that bring people together. The idea for this cafe started back in college, when I first wrote a business plan for a teahouse. This dream has stayed with me since, although life took me in many directions, including founding YG Institute.
In 2022, I finally brought that vision to life. Inspired by a friend with café experience and a shared love for community, I opened Tea House Cafe as a place where people could relax, connect, and feel at home. Today, I continue that mission alongside a new partner—a young entrepreneur who brings fresh energy to our shared purpose. Whether you’re here for a meeting, a quiet moment, or to catch up with friends, I hope you feel the warmth, intention, and care behind every detail. |

My name is Isabella Fuenmayor. I’m a young Venezuelan entrepreneur with a deep passion for creating meaningful experiences through good food, coffee, and community. I’m currently studying Business Administration at Miami Dade College, where I’m building the foundation to turn my dreams into something that leaves a positive impact. One of the most inspiring parts of my journey has been learning alongside the incredible Yraida Faneite, a business partner and mentor whose experience, wisdom, and heart have taught me so much. Growing with her guidance has been a gift that pushes me to become the best version of myself, both professionally and personally.
Beyond building a successful café, my mission is to create something that truly serves. I want Tea House to be more than a place to eat or drink. I want it to be a warm, welcoming space where people connect, ideas grow, and the community feels seen and supported. |
